Inviting a Team Member
Go to Settings → Team

The person receives an email with a link to join your workspace. Once they accept, they show up in your team list.
Roles
Coachway lets you create custom roles to match how your business works.
Go to Settings → Teams → Add Role to create and configure them. A setup can for example include but is not limited to:
Admin: full access to everything: clients, billing, settings, team management, and integrations.
Coach: access to their own assigned clients, programs, check-ins, and messaging. Cannot access billing or other coaches' clients.
Co-coach: limited access to specific clients shared by a coach or admin. Can view profiles and check-ins but cannot change programs or settings unless granted.
Sales: access to leads and inbox for handling inquiries and follow-ups. Typically no access to client programs, nutrition, or billing. Useful if you have a dedicated sales person handling inbound leads and booking calls.
You decide what each role can see and do in Coachway - adjust permissions to fit your workflow.
Limiting a team member to only their own clients
When you create a role (Settings → Team → Add Role), set client access to Own only.
The team member then only sees the clients assigned to them. You don't choose specific clients inside the role itself. Instead, assign each client to that team member, either when you create the client or afterwards.
Turn off billing, payments, leads and settings, etc. in the role if they shouldn't see them.
Changing a Role
Go to Settings → Team → role, (un)click the team member's name and click Save. Repeat and select a new role. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a Team Member
From Settings → Team, locate the member and click "⋯" to the right and select Remove from team. Reassign their clients first.
Is the Invite Link Not Working?
Invite links expire after a set period of 7 days. If your team member sees "Expired" when clicking the link, then you need to send out a new invite to that team member.
