What a Lead Form Does
A lead form is a public page where potential clients can fill in their details to contact you. Anyone who fills it out shows up in your Leads section, ready for follow-up.
You can share the form as a direct link, embed it on your website, or link to it from social media.
Creating a Lead Form
Go to Forms
Click + New Form in the top-right corner
Chose Lead Form
Build your form with the questions you want to ask
Customize the design and content
Set it as Active when you are ready to go live
You can have multiple form templates, but only one is active at a time.
Setting Up Questions
Add the fields you want to collect from leads. Email is required by default as of now. You can add custom fields such as:
Phone number
Instagram handle
Goals or challenges
Training experience
Availability
For each custom field, you can decide whether it is required or optional.
Customizing the Design
Go to Settings --> Lead.
Under Theme & Style you can adjust the form’s look to match your brand:
Form Content
Title: the headline at the top of the form
Description: a short intro explaining what happens when they submit
Theme - chosen from style presets:
Modern: clean and confident with a tech-forward feel
Warm: approachable and friendly with soft rounded shapes
Bold: high-energy and punchy for fitness and sports
Classic: refined and trustworthy with elegant serif typography
Minimal: stripped back and editorial with sharp edges
Colors: pick a color palette that fits your brand.
The live preview on the right updates as you make changes, so you can see what the form will look like.
Sharing Your Form
Once your form is live, you have two sharing options:
Public URL
Every form gets a unique URL like leads.coachway.io/yourname. Share this link directly on:
Instagram bio
Email signature
Business cards
QR codes
Click Copy Link or Open to view or share it.
Embed Code
Do you want the form on your own website? Copy the iframe embed code and paste it into your site’s HTML.
Works with Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, and most website builders.
Managing Multiple Form Templates
You can have multiple form templates but only one live at a time. This is useful if you run different campaigns - for example, one form for general inquiries and another for a specific challenge or promotion.
To switch the active form, go to Active Form on the right side, select the template from the dropdown, and click on the new form you want active.
