A workout pack is a handpicked collection of workouts you share with your clients. Instead of only following a fixed program, clients can browse the pack and pick the workouts that suit them, for example an extra session on a free day or something to do while traveling.
Packs work well for themes such as a holiday or travel pack, home workouts with no equipment, a mobility collection, or a set of extra sessions for clients who want more.
Sections and Workouts
A pack has two levels:
Sections are the groups inside your pack, for example "Upper body", "Home workouts" or "Week 1". You name them yourself.
Workouts are the individual sessions inside each section. In the editor they are shown as workout sections, and the counter at the top counts them.
Creating a Workout Pack
Go to Content → Workout packs in the sidebar
Click Create collection
Make sure Workout pack is selected at the top
Add a cover image, a title and a short description. The title, description and cover are what the client sees
Click Create
The pack starts as a Draft, so clients cannot see it until you publish it.
Adding Sections and Workouts
Open the pack and use the Sections and content panel in the middle.
Click + Add section and give it a name
Click Library in the top right to open the workout picker on the left
Choose between two tabs:
Saved sections: workouts you have saved for reuse
From templates: sessions taken from your workout templates
Search, then add workouts into the section you want. Workouts that are already in the pack are marked Already in with the section name, so you do not add the same one twice
Drag the handle on any section or workout to reorder it. Clients see the same order
Use the trash icon to remove a workout or a whole section
Each workout shows how many exercises it has and which muscle groups it covers, so you can check the mix without opening anything. Click the eye icon in the picker to preview a workout before adding it.
A workout pack holds a maximum of 200 workouts. If you need more, split them across several packs.
Workouts Stay Linked to Your Templates
A workout added from a template stays linked to that template. When you change the template, for example the exercises, sets or reps, the change shows up in the pack automatically. You do not need to rebuild the pack or add the workout again.
Clients who add that workout to their own plan after you make the change get the updated version.
Pack Details
Click Details in the top right, then Edit details to change the cover image, title and description.
Who Can See It
Three options in the Details panel:
Private: coach only. Clients never receive access.
Public: every client can browse it while the pack is live.
Segmented: target by tags, gender, or specific clients.
Segmented is the one to use for anything client-specific, for example a pack for your in-person clients, or a beginner pack only your newest clients should see.
Going Live
Click Publish in the top right. The status badge next to the pack title switches to Live, and the pack appears for whoever the visibility setting includes.
What Your Client Sees
In the app, the client browses the pack section by section and can add any workout to their own plan.
