Your lead form

Where do I find the link to my lead form?

Every form gets its own public URL, in the format leads.coachway.io/yourname. Open Settings --> Lead and you see your URL. Copy the Link or Open to view it.

Can I use it in my Instagram bio?

Yes. The public URL is made for exactly that, and works just as well in an email signature, on a business card, or behind a QR code.

Do I need a website to use the lead form?

No. The form is a hosted page of its own, so the link works on its own. A website is only needed if you want the form embedded inside your own site.

Can I put the form on my own website?

Yes. Copy the iframe embed code and paste it into your site's HTML. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and most website builders.

Can I have more than one form?

You can build as many templates as you like, but only one can be active at a time. Useful if you run different campaigns, for example one form for general enquiries and another for a specific challenge. Switch between them using the Active Form dropdown on the right.

Can I change how the form looks?

Yes, under Settings → Lead. Pick one of five themes (Modern, Warm, Bold, Classic, Minimal), set your colours, and edit the title and description. The live preview updates as you go.

Working with your leads

Where do my leads end up?

Anyone who submits the form appears under Leads in the sidebar, with your conversion rate, status filters, and filters for search, date range, sales rep and tag along the top.

What are the lead statuses?

The defaults are New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost and DM from Instagram. You can create your own under Settings → Statuses.

Follow-ups and notifications

How do I remember to follow up?

Select a lead, click Set Follow-up and choose a date. When the date arrives, a reminder shows on the lead in your Leads overview. You can set the same follow-up date for several leads at once.

Is a follow-up the same as a Task?

No. Follow-ups live on leads and show in the Leads overview. Tasks are personal reminders on a client profile.

Can I get notified when a new lead comes in?

Not as a push notification inside Coachway. You can build one through Zapier, which has a "New lead created" event as well as events for status changes and accepted offers, so you can send yourself an email or a text, or push new leads into a spreadsheet.

Leads that become clients

Can I delete a converted lead from the lead list?

Yes. Removing someone from the lead list after conversion only cleans up Leads - it does not delete their client profile. Notes you added on the lead also remain on the client.

Can I send leads from my own landing page into Coachway?

Not through Zapier. The Zapier integration only goes one way, from Coachway to Zapier. Zapier can react to things that happen in Coachway, but it cannot create leads or anything else in your account.

Instead, send people to your Coachway lead form. Use the public link (leads.coachway.io/yourname) as the destination for your ads, or embed the form on your own landing page with the iframe code. Every submission then lands under Leads automatically.

How do I know whether a converted lead has actually paid?

Converted leads show the same $ symbol you know from the clients overview, so you can see who has added a card and paid, rather than only who has been marked Won.
