Brand your client app and welcome screen

Add your logo, colours and a personal welcome, so the app feels like yours from the first screen.

Written by Malene Malmkjær

Go to Settings → App. On the right you will see a live preview of how the client app looks as you make changes.

Images

  • Header image: shown behind your name on the welcome and home screens. Size: 1200 × 400 px, PNG or JPG.

  • App icon: your logo, shown next to your name. Size: 512 × 512 px.

Colours

  • Primary colour: used for main buttons and the elements that need the most attention.

  • Secondary colour: used for secondary buttons and supporting elements.

If you know you colour code, simply copy it in to match exactly what you want.

Welcome screen

This is the first screen your clients see when they open the app for the first time.

  • Title: for example “Hello, {{firstName}}!”. Click First name to insert the client’s first name automatically.

  • Message: a short personal welcome. You can use First name here too.

  • Welcome video: add a video that plays after the welcome screen. It’s a great way to say hi in person.

If you leave the title or message empty, the app uses its standard text.

Save your changes

Branding and the welcome screen are saved with the same Save changes button, so remember to save before you leave the page.

The app buttons (like “Continue”) follow the language your client has chosen, but your own title and message are shown exactly as you write them. Meaning if you write in danish the message will show in danish, regardless if the client have English as a language
