When you publish a workout pack, your clients can browse it in the app and pick the workouts they want. Nothing is added to their training automatically. The client chooses what to add and where it goes.
Where Clients Find Your Packs
Your clients open the Workouts tab at the bottom of the app. At the top, under From your coach, they see every pack they have access to, shown with its cover image, title and number of workouts. If there are more than fit on the screen, they can tap All packs to see the full list.
Below that, under Your plans, they see the plans they train from, including the program you have assigned them.
Looking over a Pack
When the client opens a pack, they see the cover and title at the top, followed by the workouts in the order you arranged them. Each workout shows:
Its name
The muscle groups it covers
The number of exercises
Tapping View opens the workout so the client can see the exercises before deciding whether to add it.
Adding Workouts to Their Plan
The client ticks the workouts they want. They can choose one or several
They tap Add at the bottom. The button shows how many they have selected
A panel opens called Add to my plan, with two options:
Create a new plan: the name is filled in with the pack's title, but the client can change it. They tap Create plan
Add to existing plan: the client picks one of the plans they created themselves earlier
A plan cannot be edited once it is created. Your client cannot rename it or remove workouts from it afterwards, so it is worth choosing the name and the workouts carefully before tapping Create plan. They can still add more workouts to it later from any pack by choosing it under Add to existing plan.
If something needs changing, you can do it for them from the platform. See Adjusting a Plan Your Client Created below.

Where the Workouts End Up
Added workouts appear under Your plans in the Workouts tab, in the plan the client chose. From there they start the workout with the play button, exactly like any other workout.
The plan you assigned as a coach is marked Coach and stays separate. Workouts from a pack never change the program you built for them.
👉 See How Clients complete Workouts in the app for what happens once they start a workout.
Workouts in a pack stay linked to the template they came from. If you change a template, clients who add that workout afterwards get the updated version.
Adjusting a Plan Your Client Created
A plan your client creates from a pack shows up on your side as one of their workout programs, and you can work with it like any other:
Edit it: change the exercises, sets and reps, or remove a workout your client added by mistake
Set it to Draft: this hides the plan from your client's app without deleting it, which is useful if they have created a plan by accident or you want to review it before they keep training from it
When you are done, publish it again to make it visible to your client.
👉 See Building and Assigning a Workout Program for how to edit a client's program.
