Finding communities
Clients find communities in the Chat tab or by scrolling a bit down from the Home page.
Clients with 1:1 chat see a switch at the top: Chat and Community. Tapping Community opens their communities.
Clients without 1:1 chat get a Community tab instead (a client marked as a Member).
The community page has two sections:
Your communities: the communities the client is already a member of, shown with the banner and the number of members.
Open to join: communities the client can join themselves, each with a + Join button.
Joining a community
The client taps + Join
A window shows the community’s banner, name and number of members
Before joining, the client sees: “Others see your name, photo and what you post here. You can leave whenever you like.”
The client taps Join [community name]
The first time a client posts, they accept the community’s rules.
Inside a community
At the top, the client sees the banner, the community name and who has posted this week (for example “Tommy, John and Jordan posted this week”). If they are in more than one community, they can switch by tapping the arrow next to the name.
The feed
Pinned posts sit at the top, marked “Pinned”.
Posts from you and your team have a Coach label.
Posts can show a topic, for example “Training”.
A line shows where the new posts start since the client’s last visit.
Posts that were changed after posting are marked “edited”.
Reacting and commenting
Tap the smiley under a post to react with an emoji. Reactions and counts show under the post.
Tap a post or its comments to open it and see all comments.
Write in Write a comment… to comment. Clients can add a photo to their comment.
Clients can react to comments and Reply directly to a comment.
Polls
Clients vote by tapping an option. They then see the results with the percentage for each option and the number of votes.
Links and videos
Links are shown as a preview card. Tapping one opens the page inside the app.
Videos play in the feed, with a button to turn the sound on.

Optionally tap Add topic to choose a topic
Write the post
Add extra content with the icons at the bottom:

Tap Post
If a community is set to Only coaches, clients can read, react and comment, but not create posts.
Saving recipes and workouts from the community
When someone shares a recipe or workout, other members can save their own copy.
Recipes
Tap the recipe card in the post
The recipe opens with nutrition, ingredients and instructions
Tap Save to my recipes
The client can adjust servings and ingredients, then tap Create
The recipe is then under Food → My recipes, where the client can edit, duplicate or delete it, and log it with Log this meal.
Workouts
Tap the workout card in the post
The workout opens with its exercises, sets, reps and rest
Tap Add to my plan
Choose Create plan to make a new plan, or pick an existing plan under Add to existing plan
The workout then appears under Workouts → Your plans, marked Personal. Your own coach plan stays separate and isn’t changed.
Managing their own posts and comments
Edit a post: tap ⋯ on the post → Edit post. The client can change the text, remove photos and change the topic, then tap Save.
Delete a post: ⋯ → Delete post.
Delete a comment: ⋯ on the comment → Delete comment.
Report: clients can report other members’ posts. They can’t report a coach’s post.
Muting or leaving a community
From the settings (the gear icon at the top of the community), clients can:
Mute the community, so they don’t get notifications or counts of new posts
Leave the community. They can join again later if it’s still open to join.
Good to know
Members can see each other’s names and profile pictures. Clients are told this before they join.
Recipes and workouts saved from a community are the client’s own copies. Changing them does not affect the original post.
