How Clients complete Workouts in the app

How your clients follow their program in the app - logging sets, reps and weights, and editing a completed workout so their progress stay accurate.

Your training plans are in the Workout tab. In this article, we will walk through a complete session - from opening today’s workout to correcting a mistyped number, so the client's progress always reflects what they actually did in the gym.

Workouts at a glance

The Workout tab shows the training program the coach assigned. Each session lists the exercises in order, with the sets and reps the coach planned, plus any notes they have added per exercise.

-->

During your workout

Open the session and work through the exercises from the top.

Video demonstrations. Every exercise comes with a video demonstration. It is possible to watch it mid-session if the client need a reminder on form - no need to leave the workout.

Alternative exercises. If you have added alternatives to an exercise, your clients can switch to one directly from their session. This is useful when, for example, a machine is taken or an exercise does not suit them that day.

-->

Rest timer. Your clients can see the rest time you have defined between sets directly in the workout flow. They can tap the timer to start the countdown, adjust the time, or add more time if needed. Adding time will not restart the timer.

Logging your sets

As a client work out, they can log the weight and reps for each set directly in the app. This is what builds the training history.

Everything the client logs feeds their progress: as a coach you can see exactly what they lifted, and charts and records are built from these numbers.

Made a typo? Edit a completed workout ✍️

Logged 12 kg instead of 120? Or tapped one rep too many? A client can edit their own completed workouts.

  1. Open the completed workout from your workout history.

  2. Tap the edit icon in the top right corner

  3. Correct the weight, reps, or sets.

  4. Save - and you are done.

The progress charts and training history update with the corrected numbers, so graphs and personal records stay accurate.
