When you first add your Artist, select them from the Artist drop-down, you will see their entire back catalog of songs sorted descending by 24h TikTok creates. You can change the lookback window, and also change the sorting order on this page by any of the columns.
By default, we pull in Instagram and TikTok sounds. Youtube shorts can only be tracked on Unlocked songs, and must be done manually. To do this, click into an Unlocked song, click Add Sounds, and drop in the link for any Youtube short. We will pull out the source sound link, and then going forward, sync all new shorts matched to that sound.
From here, you may want to investigate more about a song, beyond the aggregate creates data. If you click Unlock Insights, you can continue into the Song deep-dive. Here, you can view top trending user-generated videos, country-level data, AI trends, suggested creators, and additional insights.
Depending on your pricing tier, you will have a certain number of Unlocked songs you can track at a time. We recommend Unlocking all recent releases for the period they are in focus for your Artist. While your song is Unlocked, we will pull in up to 500 videos per sound, per day, which drives the additional insights we provide in the view.
You can see the number of songs you have available to Unlock in the right corner. Once you reach your limit, you have to Lock enough to get back to having at least 1 song Unlock available.
You are welcome to Lock and Unlock songs any time you like. Just keep in mind, there is a several hour delay to load the videos, creator and trends AI views each time you do this.
In summary, whether your song is Locked or Unlocked, we always track daily creates data. The primary difference is whether we pull the underlying UGC, and then perform AI analysis on trends and creators based on those videos.
In our older Catalog version, it was necessary to click '+ Add Songs' to build out your Catalog. In this new version, we recommend simply adding your Artist, filtering to the Artist songs, and then bulk-selecting from their catalog, to Unlock the ones you wish to view deeper insights for.
To bulk Unlock or Lock, select the song, and use the pop-up at the bottom of the screen.
