Activating your International Calling Feature (ILD)
Log in to your portal: Navigate to your login page for your school under the Collegiate Mobile brand.
On the landing page, 'view details’ > ‘manage’, then under ‘Your Plan’, look for International Calling and activate the service you need. Toggle on to activate.
Activating your Roaming Data Feature
Just a quick heads-up: Please check your school's Collegiate Mobile website for the details of the plan you've chosen, including how much data roaming is included. Do note that the International Roaming add-on will expire same day as your regular plan ends.
It won't renew automatically, so you'll need to follow the steps in your portal to send a message and enable your roaming feature.
Log in to your portal: Navigate to your login page for your school under the Collegiate Mobile brand.
On the landing page, 'view details' > 'manage', then under 'Your Plan', look for Roaming and Click Activate. That’ll automatically trigger a message to us so we can enable your international roaming or international calling.
