Unlocking Access

A member of my team exceeded the number of login attempts and had their access temporarily blocked. How do I unlock it?

To further enhance system security, we have implemented a new method for unlocking access for users who exceed the number of login attempts.

Blocked due to exceeded login attempts

After five unsuccessful login attempts, the user is automatically blocked, and access is restored 24 hours later. To unblock access sooner, a system administrator must perform this action.

To do this, simply go to the "Employees" section and then "All Employees". Next, open the "Blocked" section, search for the employee you want to unblock, and click "Unblock".


​Once this is done, the employee will receive an email notifying them that their account has been unlocked, along with a link to create a new password.

All done! Once they create a new password, the employee will be able to log in to the system again.

Security Lock

To ensure the security of the employee’s profile, the system automatically adds newly registered users to the "Blocked" section. This measure requires the employee to reset their password when logging in for the first time.

After the initial login and password reset, the system will move the employee from the ''Blocked'' section to ''Current Team.''

Important information:

  1. When an account is locked, the employee will receive an email listing all the administrators who can help unlock it.

  2. As soon as an account is locked, all company administrators will be notified by email.
