What are the ways to register a new employee in the system?
Manual registration;
Spreadsheet import, allowing for multiple simultaneous registrations;

What information must be provided when registering an employee in the system?
The required fields are name and email. The remaining information can be added later.
How do I create a new employee using the same email address as a deactivated and/or deleted employee?
This action is not permitted by the system due to the history of information related to the previous user. We recommend using a new email address to register the employee.
How can I deactivate an employee's access?
To deactivate an employee's access, simply add a termination date to their profile, as explained in this article.
Is it possible to register multiple employees at once?
Yes, you can import employees in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet. For more information, see this article.
How can I correct an error in an employee’s name or email address in the system?
Employee name and email data can only be edited by our internal technical team. To request changes, simply contact us at suporte@compliasset.com requesting the adjustments, including the From/To details.
Does registering a new employee typically trigger multiple events in the system?
Yes, after registration, several events are created automatically, along with some recommendations and best practices described.

Is it possible to update data for multiple employees at the same time? If so, how?
Yes, it is possible. To do this, use the same import spreadsheet with the updated data and upload it to the system.
The identifier will always be the email address, so if it is a different email address, the system will create a new record, and if it is an email address already registered, it will update the profile according to the spreadsheet.
What should I do if an employee doesn’t receive the welcome email after signing up?
Resend the welcome email using the "Resend" button within the employee’s profile, or send a password reset link from the login screen to create an access password.
I registered a new employee and they appeared in the "Blocked(s)" section. What should I do?
When an employee is added to the system, they are automatically placed on the blocked screen as a temporary security measure.
As soon as the employee logs in for the first time and changes their password, their access will be unblocked and they will appear in the ''Current Team'' tab.
