Payout process at CopeCart
You have successfully earned commissions on Copecart and now you want to know how to cash out those profits? In this short article we will give you a quick overview of the payout process on CopeCart so that you can receive your earned commissions easily and smoothly.

Step 1 - Complete the user validation process
The most important step to get your earned revenue paid out is to validate your account. In this process, we check your submitted documents and make sure that there is a real person behind your account. Step 2 - Check your account settings
In order to receive payments, it is important that you have correctly set your account details in your account settings. Also, make sure that you have configured your sales tax rules to receive the correct payments.
You can find the date of your next payout here:
Log in to your CopeCart account.
Go to Settings -> Account Settings -> Payout Information.
3. You will find your next payout date in the upper left corner.
Done! As soon as the validation of your account has been successfully completed and you have set your payout settings correctly, you will receive your payouts within the corresponding payout intervals.
Payout interval at CopeCart - 80/20 rule
Payouts are not immediate. Depending on your setting, they are made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Payouts are made on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day of each month. You can see when your next payout date is in your account under the "Payout Information" tab. Please note that payouts are made in intervals.
Copecart will transfer you 80% of the amount on the next possible payout date (at least 14 days after successful order).
For security reasons, the balance of 20% will be transferred to you after 40 days (In some cases, there are chargebacks and returns of received revenue from vendors and affiliates. To protect your Copecart account from excessive transaction costs and other financial risks, Copecart keeps a security deposit as a precaution).
Receive automatic email notifications
To be notified of every payout made, you can set your email address under the "Payout Account" tab. This way you will receive automatic notifications as soon as a withdrawal is made. Here you can find detailed instructions.
