The Dashboard is where you will find an overview of what is currently happening inside your store.

You can set different parameters and filters to display specific information, in the example below we set the time/duration as well as the specific funnel we would like to see statistics of. You can also apply specific product, contact or UTM filters to the stats criteria you would like to view on your dashboard as shown below:

On the Dashboard are you can select from different overviews such as Sales, Subscriptions, Upsells & Downsells as well as Top Performers.

Another overview available on the Dashboard are is the Top Sources where sales originated from. This is tracked using UTM Links, see more on this further down in this article.

πŸ“Œ Important to note, you will only be able to see the Top Sources overview after doing a test order.

Orders

In the orders section, you will see a list of orders processed in your CCK account.

Here you will find a list of products created in your CCK account

Subscriptions

Discounts

All discounts created can be found in the Discounts section of your store.

Layout & Styling

In this section you are able to set up the layout and styling of cart products, if you have the checkout function, this section will not be relevant and not required to set up.

Here you will set up the important store settings such as company info, currency, invoice numbers, payment processor, taxes etc.

UTM Links

CCK offers a UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) tracking feature, which is a code snippet that can be added to the end of a URL to help track the source and effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. UTM links are used to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by adding parameters to the end of the URL.

By adding these parameters to the URL, you can track which campaigns are driving the most traffic, which channels are generating the most leads, and which campaigns are converting the most visitors into customers. This information can help make data-driven decisions to optimize your marketing efforts and increase your return on investment (ROI).

Generate A Link

To generate a UTM link, click on Generate A Link in the Top Sources section of the Store Dashboard

Add the tracking information on the Tracking Link Builder. In the example in the video at the start of this article we set up a UTM Link for a Freebie Funnel where the source is a video on Facebook. We used the date of the video to give it a campaign name:

πŸ“Œ Important to note that the generated Tracking URL is not saved on the system and you would need to keep track of the links created by adding it to a Google doc or your project management tool.
