Getting a broad picture of all your assigned stores is so much easier with the Calendar report. With the calendar-based format, you can get a bird’s eye view of your store’s sales metrics and compare them daily. Below, we’ll go over how to access and use the report in your daily operations.

First, you will go to the menu and find Metric Reports > Calendar.

On the Calendar Report screen, you will have several options to find what you need and customize your data.

At the top, you have store filters. You can refine your data by attributes associated with your stores or assigned stores. Once you click a filter, you can either scroll to find the option or start typing at the top of the filter to sort your options. Click the Update button to see the changes.

An excellent example of using them is filtering by one location to see their sales and tickets throughout the month.

Below the franchise filters are the sales data filters. If there is too much data and you want to sort out some of the data, these are the tools for the job. You can filter by any data being shown within the calendar.

Lastly, you can go between months’ data by using the arrows to the far left and right. Your sales data will go as far back as January 2022.

Now that you know how to use the Calendar Report, you can utilize this with the other sales metric reporting to have a clearer picture of what is happening at your stores and or franchises.
