Handling incoming and outgoing tickets is vital to your franchise and stores. With the Repair Dashboard, you can track those repairs with new accuracy and detail. We will review this report and how to start using it at your stores today.
You can find the reporting dashboard on the far left menu and click Metric Reporting > Repair Dashboard.
Starting at the top, you have the store filters. You can refine your data by attributes that are associated with stores. You can either scroll to find the option within the filter or start typing at the top to sort your options. Once you have selected filter options, click the update button to see the changes.
Just below the filters are the data widgets. These give a sum amount from each column, except for Avg $ Per Ticket which is Repair Sales / Repair Tickets. These widgets are especially good when you want to look at multiple stores and get a big picture of how you are doing overall.
After the widgets are the data in a table format broken out by location. This will be the bulk of your repair data that you can use to gauge monthly performance and ticket progress. It is broken out by device type, sales total, and more. If looking through multiple locations, you can sort the table by using the arrows next to the column headers.
If you see a store of interest and want more information about it, click on the store name and it will take you to their information, including program reporting.
This report can be very helpful in navigating your repairs throughout the month. Using it together with the other reports on CPR Encompass can give you the information and data to make clear decisions about your franchise's future.
