Keeping tabs on your stores is vital to gauging the success and health of your overall business. As you look through your sales data it can be hard to see the bigger picture of what is happening. That's why CPR Encompass has the Daily Metric Dashboard report. It can help you see trends across sales and repairs. We're going to go through the report and show you how to use it.

You can find the report under the Metric Reporting > Daily Metric Dashboard.

On the report page at the top, you will find the various filters to help find what you are looking for in the data. You can extend the data range as far back as January 2022, focus on specific stores, and even certain markets. Once you have selected your filters, click "update". This will update the data for all the graphs below.

Below the filters, you will find the data visualized in five bar graphs. The first is your total gross sales. This graph will match the gross sales numbers you see on the sales dashboard and includes all sales types.

The next graph is your sales broken out by sale type, which can be changed to focus on certain sale types. You can remove or add sales types from the graph by clicking on each sales type label at the bottom of the graph.

The next graph tracks your repair types. You can use this to track your stores’ repairs over a chosen date range and see any new trends. This graph also has the option to add or remove repair device types by clicking on the device labels bottom of the graph.

The last two graphs are your Assurant Device Care and Accessory Attach Rates. These graphs are great ways to see how stores are doing with getting customers to add on other products and services.

As you can see, the Daily Metric Dashboard report can give you a better idea of trends with sales, repairs, and more. Utilizing these reports, with the others on CPR Encompass, can give you a full picture of how your stores and teams are doing all year round.
