How to customize your calling hours

Receive calls on your line before open or after closing.

Want to receive inbound calls before open or after closing? Here's how to adjust your calling hours on Encompass Calling.

By default, your IVR inbound calling hours are in line with your posted store hours. Outside of these hours, your after hours messaging will be in effect.

If you'd like to receive calls for a time before open or after closing, you can do so by adjusting your calling hours in your inbound calling settings.

How to adjust your inbound calling hours:

  • Visit your stores page, and click the Eye icon next to the store you'd like to edit.

  • Near the bottom of the page click on the Inbound Calling Settings tab.

  • Scroll to the bottom, and enter the number of minutes you'd like to accept calls before and/or after your posted store hours.

  • Click Save.

Once saved, we suggest giving your store a call during the new hours you've set to make sure it's working as expected. If not, let us know!
