How to reset your password
Go to the sign-in page.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address connected to your account.
Check your email for a password reset message.
Open the message and follow the link to create a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email
Before contacting support, please check:
your spam or junk folder
that you entered the correct email address
any filtered folders such as Promotions or Updates
