Creally uses Talentir, an external payment provider, to process creator payouts. You can create and track payouts in Creally, while business verification, wallet funding, payment approval, and the transfer itself are handled securely by Talentir.
Creally does not see or store creators' bank details or tax information.
Before you start
Decide who will complete your company's business verification. This person should have access to the required company and ownership information.
If someone else, such as a finance team member, will complete verification or approve payments, add them to your Talentir team first.
Wallets are funded by bank transfer. Card payments are not currently supported.
Every user in your Creally company who can access Payouts can create a payout. Only a member of your Talentir team can approve it.
Note: One Talentir team can only be connected to one Creally company. If you already have a Talentir team, sign in to the existing team instead of creating a new one.
Step 1: Connect your Talentir account
Open Payouts in Creally.
Select Connect Talentir.
Enter your email address and the six-digit verification code sent by Talentir.
Create your Talentir team, or sign in to an existing team.
Review the requested permissions and authorize the connection.
Return to Creally. You should see a confirmation that your payouts account is connected.
Creally can create and track payouts through this connection, but it cannot confirm or release funds without your approval in Talentir.
If Talentir asks you to create a passkey wallet, keep Enable backup recovery turned on. This helps protect access to your wallet if the passkey is lost.
Step 2: Verify your business
In Creally, select Complete KYB under Verify your business.
Complete the business verification steps in the Talentir tab.
Return to Creally and select Refresh status if the status has not updated yet.
You may see one of these statuses:
Status | What it means |
Not started | Business verification has not been submitted yet. |
In review | Talentir is reviewing the submitted information. |
Completed | Verification is complete. You can continue to wallet funding. |
Denied | Verification was declined. Select Restart KYB to submit it again. |
Talentir sends the verification result by email. Creally also syncs the status automatically, but the update can take up to one hour. You can use Refresh status to check it immediately.
Step 3: Fund your wallet
Open Fund your wallet.
Select the currency you want to fund.
Copy the bank transfer details shown on the screen.
Make the transfer from your bank account.
Include the Reference exactly as shown in the transfer details.
Important: The Reference is required. Without it, Talentir may not be able to match the transfer to your wallet.
Bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days. Select Refresh balances to check whether the funds have arrived.
Your payouts account is ready when:
business verification is completed; and
your wallet has a positive balance.
If your wallet balance later reaches zero, Creally may return you to the Fund wallet step. Your payout history is not deleted and will become available again after you add funds.
Set a daily spending allowance
After funding the wallet, open Payouts > Settings > Set spending allowance and set a daily limit. The limit helps protect your wallet and reduces the risk of an accidental payout.
The spending allowance does not replace payout approval. Each payout still needs to be approved individually.
