You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades typically apply at the next billing cycle.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
Go to the Dashboard
Select Upgrade Plan
Choose your new plan
Complete payment (if needed)
The upgrade takes effect immediately.
How to Downgrade Your Plan
Go to Account Settings β Subscription
Select Downgrade Plan
Confirm the change
Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Important Notes
Your new plan may have lower storage limits or fewer nominees.
If your account exceeds the allowed limits after downgrading, you may be asked to:
Remove nominees, or
Reduce stored files.
Your existing data remains safe, but access may be restricted until limits are met.
Troubleshooting
Cannot upgrade: Check your payment method.
Cannot downgrade: You may have too many nominees or too much stored data.
Upgrade not applied: Refresh and confirm payment was processed.
