How does prize distribution work when multiple fans win Bingo?
CUE's Bingo product gives you full control over winner limits and prize distribution. You can set prizes to be rank-based — for example, the first person to achieve Bingo wins the grand prize, second through fourth place winners receive a different prize tier, and everyone after that receives a consolation "thanks for playing" message. You configure exactly how many winners receive prizes at each tier, and the system automatically manages the cutoffs, preventing scenarios where hundreds of fans win simultaneously.
Can fans keep playing after they win?
Yes. Once a fan completes a winning pattern, they see a celebratory animation and their prize notification (or a consolation message). They can dismiss this screen and return to their card to continue playing for additional patterns — useful if you've set up tiered or multiple prizes for different patterns (e.g., a standard prize for a horizontal bingo, a different prize for vertical, and a grand prize for a custom shape like your team logo). Fans who complete one pattern can keep stamping tiles to try for others, extending engagement through the whole game.
What happens once your winner quota is reached?
You choose: let the game keep running after prizes are claimed (so fans can keep marking cards for fun, with no further prizes awarded) or shut the activation down entirely once your winner quota is hit.
