What should I do if FanSee is experiencing connectivity issues at my venue?

If you're experiencing connectivity issues with FanSee, the most common cause is Wi-Fi reliability at your venue. FanSee requires a stable internet connection both for the operator computer and for fans participating via their phones. If you're seeing lag, choppiness, or fans unable to connect, we recommend connecting the operator computer directly to an Ethernet cable rather than relying on Wi-Fi. This provides a more stable connection for the system managing the video feed. For fan-side connectivity issues, be aware that venue Wi-Fi quality and cellular signal strength in certain buildings can impact participation. Venues with older infrastructure or areas with poor cellular coverage may see more connectivity challenges. If you're consistently having issues, consider working with your venue's IT team to ensure adequate network coverage in the areas where fans will be participating.
