For FanSee to operate optimally at a hotel ballroom or corporate event venue, the computer running the FanSee operator panel needs to be hardwired via Ethernet to internet with at least 100 Mbps upload and download speeds. This is critical because the system is processing and displaying live video streams from multiple participants simultaneously. The speed requirement is less of a concern than ensuring you can actually get a hardwired Ethernet connection in the venue — many ballrooms can accommodate this, but it's important to coordinate with the venue's AV or IT team in advance. The output display (the Google Chrome browser showing what goes on the main screen) can run on Wi-Fi if needed, but having everything hardwired to the same connection is the ideal setup. For the participants themselves, they'll need decent connectivity (either venue Wi-Fi or cellular) to stream their video feeds — you'll be able to see in the FanSee admin panel which participants have good connections versus poor connections, allowing you to prioritize those with stable feeds.
