Yes, all permission screens in the web-based Light Show platform are fully customizable. You can upload custom 9x16 graphics for each screen, including the How to Sync screen, Microphone Permission screen, Camera Permission screen, and Screen Saver screen. You can also add your primary and secondary logos to these pre-show screens. If you don't need certain permissions (for example, if your Light Show doesn't require microphone access), we can remove those permission requests entirely, streamlining the fan experience by eliminating unnecessary steps. Every screen in the onboarding flow can be branded with your club's graphics and messaging to maintain consistent visual identity throughout the entire activation. CUE provides templates and specifications to assist you if needed, or you can design your own custom graphics.
