After granting permissions, fans arrive at a 'Waiting to Sync' screen (also 9x16 format)—a holding page that typically includes instructions like 'Hold your phone with the flashlight facing the field.' They remain on this screen until the operator presses play to start the Light Show. All of these screens can be fully branded with your event graphics and customized messaging, creating a cohesive experience from the moment fans scan the QR code.
