When fans scan the Light Show QR code, they encounter permission and setup screens before the show begins. First, they see a camera permission screen (9x16 format) that explains camera access is needed to participate and prompts them to click 'Continue' to grant permission. Depending on your configuration, fans may also be asked to grant microphone access for audio synchronization. After granting permissions, fans arrive at a 'Waiting to Sync' screen (also 9x16 format)—a holding page that typically includes instructions like 'Hold your phone with the flashlight facing the field.' They remain on this screen until the operator presses play to start the Light Show. All of these screens can be fully branded with your event graphics and customized messaging, creating a cohesive experience from the moment fans scan the QR code.
