Starting the instance makes the QR code active so fans can scan in and wait on the 'Waiting to Sync' screen. The show won't actually play on their phones until you click the Play button, giving you flexibility to promote the QR code during pre-show activities, national anthems, or other programming. When you're ready for the synchronized flash experience, simply click Play and all connected phones will start together. For precise timing with your video board content and venue audio, coordinate with your video board operator using a simple countdown like 'three, two, one, go' to ensure everything fires in sync.
