Testing the Light Show is straightforward and can be done in multiple ways. Start by having a few colleagues scan the global QR code and go through the permission screens until they reach the 'Waiting to Sync' screen. Then go to the platform, ensure your Light Show instance is started, download the WAV file from Game Design > Controls, and play it. All connected phones will sync and participate in the test. Between tests, simply go back to the instance and hit 'Stop,' then 'Start' again to reset for the next run. This allows you to test as many times as you need.
While the Light Show technology itself works identically whether tested remotely or at your stadium, we do recommend conducting at least one test at the stadium with your production team. This on-site dry run should focus on your operators practicing the operational workflow in their actual control room environment—specifically, the coordination of pressing play on the venue's sound system and pressing play on CUE's system simultaneously. While this coordination is simple, rehearsing it in your actual venue will give everyone confidence before the live event.
