CUE creates a custom subdomain for each client that appears in the URL fans see when they scan into activations. The format is [clientname].cuelive.com. CUE works with you to determine the ideal client identifier — this could be an abbreviation, team name, or brand-specific identifier. The URL should be recognizable to fans so they feel confident they're accessing a legitimate team or sponsor experience. If your standard abbreviation is very short (like three letters), CUE may need to use a slightly longer variation due to system requirements. Your CUE representative will confirm the URL during account setup.
