Can CUE integrate with our organization's single sign-on (SSO) system to authenticate fans and recognize membership tiers?

Yes, CUE can integrate with your organization's single sign-on system to authenticate fans and recognize membership tiers without requiring additional fan registration. CUE supports standard OAuth 2.0 protocols and other authentication systems commonly used for secure authentication handoffs.

When a fan scans a QR code to enter a CUE activation, they are redirected to your SSO login page. After authentication, your system returns the fan's unique identifier and membership tier information to CUE. Based on this data, fans are automatically routed to different experiences or unlock different rewards corresponding to their membership level (free member, paid member, platinum member, etc.).

This integration provides several key benefits: - Fans don't need to create another account or re-enter information that already exists in your system - The participation experience is faster and smoother - CUE doesn't need to store sensitive PII — we can work with just a UUID from your system and query membership status in real-time - All engagement data flows directly into your existing data warehouse and can be matched back to fan profiles in your database

CUE has successfully implemented similar integrations with organizations including Real Madrid, Major League Baseball (using Okta-based authentication), and other major sports organizations building centralized fan data platforms. The technical implementation requires coordination between CUE and your identity management system. Our team works with your development team to establish the appropriate data connections and configure the integration based on your specific SSO architecture.
