**Email Delivery:** When you enable email collection during prize setup, fans can receive prizes via email. Fans must tap on the prize to claim it and confirm they want to receive it at their provided email address. The system then triggers an automatic email send with the prize details. You can customize these emails using the email editor to include redemption instructions, links to redemption websites, and step-by-step guidance for redeeming codes on external websites or company stores.
**SMS/Text Delivery:** AR Prize Drop can send prize notifications and details via SMS text message. Enable the SMS sharing option in Global Prizing, and when fans win, they'll see an option to receive prize details via text. They'll be prompted to enter their phone number, and the system will text them the prize information along with any redemption instructions you've configured. This is particularly useful for location-based prize redemptions.
**Direct URL Redemption:** If using URLs in your prize setup, fans tap the prize image and are taken directly to the redemption link.
**On-Screen Codes:** Prize codes can appear directly on the prize screen for fans to screenshot and use immediately.
Regardless of delivery method, it's important to include clear instructions on your prize graphics (such as 'Tap here to claim your prize' or 'Click to receive via text') so fans understand what action is required to receive their prize.
