Then navigate to the Email SMS Editor in your CUE admin and create a new preset template. Configure your template with a subject line, mobile message body, and any relevant details — keep in mind mobile SMS has character limits, so the email-specific options like redemption instructions may not be relevant. Save your template, then go back to your prize configuration and in the 'Email SMS Notification' dropdown, select your newly created template. When fans win and provide their phone number, they'll automatically receive an SMS with their prize information. The verified phone number approach delivers messages almost instantly.
