If a fan denies location permission, the geofencing system treats them as if they are outside of all defined geofences. The 'default' geofence configuration — which cannot be deleted and is automatically created for every geofencing-enabled branch — determines what these users see. You can customize this default experience to display either a static image with instructions (such as explaining they need to enable location services to participate) or redirect them to an on-demand experience that doesn't require location. This ensures fans who can't or won't share their location still receive some form of content rather than being completely locked out of the experience.
