You can view click data for your prizes by downloading a report from Global Prizing. Prize reports are available as downloadable Excel files within Global Prizing in your CUE Platform admin account. Use the spreadsheet to review when a prize was won and delivered, the data collected, and any sharing activity associated with the prize.
Download the prize report
Sign in to your CUE Platform admin account.
Select the Settings wheel in the upper-right corner.
Select Main Menu.
Choose Global Prizing from the left-side menu.
Locate the prize you want to review.
Select the Save Report icon associated with that prize.
An Excel report for the selected prize will download to your device.
Review the report
Open the Excel document and use the two tabs at the bottom:
Main: Contains the data collected for the prize and the activation in which it was delivered, as well as timestamps showing when the prize was won and delivered.
Share Analytics: Shows the users who selected/tapped the share option/button on the prize.
The Share Analytics tab includes activity related to sharing options configured during the prize’s buildout, such as a URL redirect, SMS text, email, and more.
