How can I manage members in Storiez?

Find out how to invite or remove Members from a Project, change Project level roles, and more

From the Storiez 'News Desk', go to Settings in the top right corner (gear icon). Next, select β€˜Organization members’ from the menu on the left.

Here, you will see all members of your Storiez organization, as well as their roles and status.

Settings in Storiez are only available to users with Owner or Administrator role.

Managing your Organization Members:

Once you have the 'Organization members' page open, you will see a list of Members, as well as their respective role. From this page you can:

  • Invite Members to the Project

  • Change Member roles

  • Deactivate a Member

Inviting Members to an Organization

To invite a new member to a project, use the pink 'Invite Members' button. A window will appear where you can enter the email address of the person you'd like to add. To invite several members at once, add their emails and separate each with a comma.

Once the email has been entered, click 'Invite' to confirm and send the invitation.

Deactivating a Member

To deactivate a user as a Member of your Organization, go to the 'Rights' column for that user, then select 'Deactivated' to complete the action.

Which Organization roles are available and what do they mean?

Storiez offers different roles to meet various needs, each providing access to specific features. A Organization Member can have one of three roles:

  1. Owner

  2. Admin

  3. Member

Owner / Admin

  • Can edit the Organization title

  • Can invite new Members to the Organization

  • Can change the roles of other Organization Members

  • Can deactivate a Member from the Organization

  • Has access to active, archived, and deleted stories

  • Can unarchive and restore stories

  • Can add, edit, remove, and share content of stories properties

  • Can add AI model

  • Can create MAM integration

  • Can edit Dossier Template

  • Can add Mailbox

  • Can add News Feeds or RSS feeds,

  • Can add List

  • Can add Publishing Points

Member

  • Can access active, archived, and deleted stories

  • Can unarchive and restore stories

  • Can add, edit, remove, and share content of stories
