Video Walkthrough
Steps to create a template for the Orders section:
Navigate to the Templates page from the left sidebar.
Click the + New template button on the top right corner of the page and select Order template.
This will load the New Order template page. Below the screenshot is an explanation of each section:
Template Name: This is where you can name the template so it's easy to find later if you have more than one in the system.
Section Name: Within each Order you can have multiple sections. This allows you to name each section such as one for flowers and a different section for food items as seen in the video walkthrough above.
Description: This is an open text box where you can provide as much detail as you wish that explains the items in the section.
Images: People love visuals! You can place some photo examples of the line items within the section! Click the Browser files link to access your media library and upload images.
Note: To make changes to an existing image, click the arrow pointing downward for a dropdown list of options.
+ Add Section: Need more than one section in your template? You got it! Click the Add Section button at the bottom of the page and it will automatically add a new another section to fill in.
Additionally, you have the ability to move a section up or down on the list if needed. On the top of the section are the options to do that as well as an option to delete the section if needed.
Don't forget to save your work! We have a create button on the top right of the page.
How do I use my newly created Order Template?
Navigate to the Events page and select the event where you would like to use a template.
Click into your Workroom
Click Orders from the navigation bar across the top.
Click the Templates button on the top right of the screen.
A pop up box will appear. Select the template from the listed options.
You're good to go! The template will now be in place and feel free to make any edits to customize it for this particular proposal as needed.
Note: Making changes to the template once it's placed within a proposal will not change the template. To make changes to the template, please navigate back to the Templates page.
