Summary
Having a solid plan for communication is key when it comes to building out your events within the Curate experience. Making use of our Email template feature will help you with solid and consistent messaging across your customer base. Email templates can be used in a number of different ways such as responding to inquiries, sending out the initial event for the customer to look over to payment reminders.
Navigation
From the left sidebar, click Settings and then Email Templates.
Creating an Email Template
Click "Add email template".
The next screen will have three sections to fill in:
Template Name - Name the email template to state something unique in case you want to make others later
Email Subject:
Email Content:
Video the email preview on the right side to see how the email will look as your typing it out.
Once completed, don't forget to click the Create button on the top right corner!
Editing a Current Email Template
Navigate to the Email Templates page and click on the name of the template that you would like to edit or test.
For editing, this is all that's required as you can begin making changes right away.
Once completed, don't forget to click the Create button on the top right corner!
How To Send A Test Email
Navigate to the Email Templates page and click on the name of the template that you would like to test.
Once loaded, you'll have a button on the top right corner of the screen that you can click.
Once clicked you'll get a confirmation in the bottom left corner.
Here's an example of what the test email will look like.
How To Delete An Email Template
Navigate to the Email Templates page and locate the name of the template that you would like to delete.
Locate and click the ... on the same line to access the Delete button. Click the Delete button.
