Families come directly to our customer team for enrichment and tutoring needs. We match them with inspiring college students like you to fulfill those needs. To make the best matches, this team invests time into consultation calls designed to help us understand students and their needs before searching our community to source mentors to share with the families. We ask you to give feedback on our matches and monitoring engagements to improve at identifying best-fit matches.

Our education team creates and manages resources for mentors to use in their engagements, ensuring that you feel prepared to begin with your students from your first session onward.

Lastly, our tech team builds the platform and the systems that make it possible for us to run Curious Cardinals safely and at scale.
