To get the best signal quality, or for clients experiencing issues with passing the signal quality check, please try the following steps:

  • Try connecting the elastic tightener to the headset for improved signal quality. Check out this short article for more details.

  • Make sure the tablet is not plugged into the charger during sessions and that your clients are not sitting close to or touching any source of electricity (i.e. other mobile devices being charged).

  • If your client is using an external electrode, have them remove it, thoroughly clean it (using a cotton swab and hot water), then reapply sufficient gel, and press down firmly so that it attaches to the scalp.

  • If your client is still unable to pass the signal quality check, run a session and observe the signal in real-time. The headset should be adjusted so that all sensors turn green.

  • Try wiping down your headset and the forehead with a drop of water, or with a damp cloth for clients with dryer skin.

  • Remember: the key to passing the signal quality check is to tighten the headset and then remain as still as possible for the next 60 seconds. Repeat these steps after every headset adjustment.
