Completing repair forms in Gearbelt allows you to track and manage equipment repairs efficiently in one place. This way, you can ensure that repairs are documented, assigned to the right person, and completed on time. Plus, it builds a history of past fixes, so you can spot recurring problems and keep things running smoothly without surprises.
To create a repair form, follow these steps:
1. Access the 'Issues' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu.
2. Select 'Repair Forms' in the top navigation bar.
3. Click 'Create Repair Form' to get started.
4. You'll be brought into a new untitled form where you can design it accordingly. On the top left side you can edit to name the title of your form. In the Fields section, you will have a selection of fields to help you create your form.
5. Click 'Save' the green button at the top right side of the page to submit your repair form.
