As your team is recording issues during their inspections, it will build a register of issues across your assets, where you can easily see their status, severity, location, and more. You can also organise the register to group issues together, to stay on top of what needs to be done.

To close out an issue, follow these steps:

1. Go into the 'Issues' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Ensure you are filtering for 'New' and 'Pending' issues. Select the issue you'd like to action

2. A pane will open on the right-hand side, with all the details associated with the issue selected. You'll see there the issue status set as 'New' or 'Pending'

3. Switch the status to 'Closed' to make the selected issue as closed

4. Once you've updated the issue status, select 'Save' in the bottom right corner of the pane

5. To retrieve your newly-closed issue, you can switch the Status filter to 'Closed' to show all the closed issues

6. You can then see your closed issue in the list

Notes:

  • You can use the Register filters, sorting and grouping options to control how the issues appear

  • The search bar allows you to search for specific issues easily, by using any of the keywords relating to an asset, e.g. asset name, reference, issue ID, work order ID, location, description etc
