In Gearbelt, you can create work orders to ensure that faults are being attended to. As your team is conducting inspections, they might find more faults - instead of creating multiple work orders for the same asset, you can simply add the newly recorded faults to an existing work order.

To add a fault to an existing work order, follow these steps:

1. Go into the 'Faults' section under the 'Management' section in the left-hand side navigation menu

2. From there, you can add a new fault using the 'Add Fault' button. You'll then need to fill out all the information relating to the fault, including the relevant asset and pictures. Click 'Save'

3. Now go into the 'Work Orders' section of the left-hand side menu, under 'Management'. Select the relevant work order you want to add the fault to. A panel will open on the right-hand side, you'll be able to select the faults recorded for the relevant asset that you'd like to add to the work order

4. Click the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner to finalise adding faults to your work order
