We’ve introduced a new custom field, allowing you to define a text value that will appear in all PDF filenames from that template. This gives you greater control over file naming, helping you meet system constraints or internal file naming conventions.

Dashpivot Default Tables now support copy-paste into dropdown cells with Manually Typed Lists. When you copy data from spreadsheets and documents (e.g. Excel, Word) and paste it into the table, the system automatically populates the appropriate dropdown selections. This enhancement makes transferring data from external sources to Dashpivot faster and easier.

With this feature you will be able to enter multiple email addresses to bulk add Contributor or Visitor users into your Dashpivot workspace. This saves you time by eliminating the need to invite new users individually.

With this new table cell feature, you will be able to capture your location in forms using your mobile device's GPS coordinates. This can be used to log location in timesheets or in defect reports etc, ensuring more accurate reporting and improved efficiency.

In this update, we’re launching the Operators Web App to give field teams a smoother experience. Operators can scan an asset-specific QR code to view each asset’s activity feed, launch multiple inspections and see any open faults.
