Exporting your repair activity as a CSV gives you a detailed, structured record of all completed work. It’s ideal for teams who want to review repair trends, track performance, or feed the data into other systems or reports. Having everything in a spreadsheet makes it easier to filter, analyse, and share - whether for internal reviews, compliance checks, or warranty tracking.

To export your repair activity, follow these steps:

1. Access the 'Faults' section

2. Go into the 'Repair Activity' tab

3. From there, you'll see a register of all repair forms. You can bulk select or manually select records

4. Click 'Download CSV' to generate your export

Note:

  • You can edit the register columns to display, hide and reorganise fields. To do so, select 'Edit Columns'

  • You can group repairs by different parameters: Asset, Form Name, Form ID. To do so, select 'Group'
