There are 3 types of Text fields available in our form builder:
Single Line Text: Allows input of text restricted to a single line, typically used for short responses e.g Name, Occupation, Site Address
Multi Line Text: Enables input of text across multiple lines, suitable for longer responses or paragraphs e.g Description of Incident
Prefilled Text: Displays pre-set text, images or links e.g Company Address, Job Steps
By default, the field label is set to 'Text'. However you can customise it by clicking directly into the field.
There is also the flexibility to switch between various Text field types. Simply hover over the field icon to reveal the available options and make your selection.
