Use this when you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password. You do not need an administrator: the whole thing runs from the login page and your inbox.
Reset it from the login page

On the login page, select Forgot password.
Enter your email address.
Open the email from Datacapt and select Reset.
Choose your new password and confirm it.
Log in with the new password.
đĄ Tips
Your new password cannot be one of your last 24. See Password rules and expiry.
If you log in with your company credentials through Single Sign-On, this link is not for you. Datacapt does not hold your password. Contact your own IT department.
If resetting does not help
Five wrong login attempts lock the account, and a reset will not unlock it. Only an administrator can. See My account is locked.
