The Daybreak Referral Dashboard was built with you in mind, and we want to make sure you’re able to access it. Within the dashboard, you’re able to refer students in under 3 minutes, keep track of potential referrals in a queue, and follow up on previous referrals.
Here’s what to expect…
Look for an email from Daybreak Health with the subject line: “Set up your Daybreak Account."
You should have received your unique log in email on your school district account before or shortly after your district's Daybreak referral training.
Within this email, you’ll click on the yellow button to set up your account
This redirects you to a webpage to finalize credentials, I recommend continuing with google single sign on. Be sure to use your district email address for your Daybreak account.
Lastly, Make sure to bookmark the login page for future reference: https://app.daybreakhealth.com/
