Do I need to provide student insurance information myself?
You do not need to provide student’s insurance information yourself, but you do have the option to do so. Parents will be prompted to provide student insurance information as part of the Parent Welcome Packet completion (learn about the Parent Experience here)
How do I enter student’s insurance information myself?
If you would like to submit your student’s insurance information, please take the following steps after you make a referral:
Go back to the Homepage of your Daybreak Dashboard (you can click on the Home icon on your left hand menu bar).
Find your student on the “Missing Insurance Information” table.
If you see the message Pending, allow a few minutes for the referral to process.
Click on “Add Insurance Info”
Upload or manually enter the insurance information.
If you know the student does not have insurance you can select “I prefer not to provide insurance information.”
Click "Next" at the bottom to finish and submit.
