DaySmart Payroll needs granted TPA access to pay and file this tax. Follow the instructions below to ensure there are no delays in processing:
Log into the WYUI account
Select Account Maintenance, then select Add or Remove Third Party/CDS Vendor Association
Complete the following fields:
Type of Association: Third Party
Address Type: Information Only
Association Start Date: Select the first day of the quarter payroll began (January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1)
Select Add
On the next page, complete the Reporting Service Details:
Name: Salsa Software Inc
Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN): 87-1539043
Select Search, then select Select next to Salsa Software Inc
Select the radio button under Select by Information Only
Enter the Association Start Date again
Select Submit
