A passport is an existing candidate file within Deploi’s system. They are always one of three stages: Green, Amber or Red.
Green: The candidate has been cleared by Deploi within the last 31 days. They are able to work instantly, although you may wish to perform top-up checks depending on your own risk appetite.
Amber: The candidate has been cleared by Deploi more than 31 days ago. These candidates will be asked to provide top up information, and clarify if any personal information needs updating.
Red: The candidate has some personal information held by Deploi, but has never held clearance. These candidates can range in the amount of data available, and will have existing login details.
Deploi uses ‘Snapshots’ as a means of separating candidate data across customers and orders, to ensure that their privacy and data security is maintained. This means that if a candidate is working for another customer of Deploi simultaneously, you will both be able to access your own version of their Passport, without sharing risks or Right to Work checks.
